Annette Finch has more than 20 years’ experience working across government, commercial authorities and business enterprises.

Annette is the Director of Two Sleeves Up.  She specialises in leading projects in the areas of tourism, transport, small business, infrastructure, and community services. 

An expert in change management and organisational design, Annette is known for her high level of interpersonal skills demonstrated by her experience in leading, liaising and negotiating with staff, clients and representatives from other organisations in an outcome-focused manner.

She is adept at identifying and resolving issues and is able to apply her experience to develop tailored and innovative strategies for each project while ensuring stakeholder outcomes are maximised.
